Director of Operations

• Base Salary: $170,000-$200,000
• Plus Bonus and LTIP

We are seeking some who has multi-site warehouse responsibility as a General Manager or Director within e-commerce facilities. This candidate will have expertise in setting up/establishing warehouse automation in multiple e-commerce facilities. They will have experience within pick, pack, ship, on-time delivery, managing teams with engineered labor standards within a LEAN environment. This candidate will also be exceptional in managing labor costs.
