We are looking for a multi-faceted Operations Leader in Portsmouth, VA. This is an opportunity to be part of a large corporation within a warehouse, with massive growth potential. REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience managing direct reports
• Proven history of mentoring, developing, and coaching other employees
• Proven strong attention to detail
• Maturity to work with customer demands from different time zones that may not fall in the 8-5 timeframe
• Experience working with complex documentation
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
