SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Director of People Excellence for a manufacturing operation that is experiencing explosive growth. The successful candidate will have an HR and Operations background with the ability to take the ball and run with it. This is a massive opportunity to be a part of and build something :

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven and extensive leadership experience
• Full Responsibility for HR, Communications, and Community Engagement
• Be a chameleon adaptable to multiple environments: Operations, Board Room, Corporate, Hourlies, Executives, etc.
• Ability to take direction and run with objectives without handholding
• Ability to manage with confidence and not manage scared
• Spearhead all community engagement and volunteer work
• Own all aspects of HR from benefits to the hiring process and everything in between
• Lead all social media and advertising programs for the company for hiring and engagement 
• Proven ability to think about operations and manufacturing to benefit the company when outlining procedures and orientations

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS Degree in a related field
• 5-10 years leadership experience
• 5-10 years working with operations/manufacturing
• Experience with HR oversight for multiple operations/locations
