The Lead Project Manager will work within the Transmission & Distribution Global Practice handling a project load within the region in a dynamic manner based upon the core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety and overall outstanding service.

 

The Lead Project Manager's responsibilities may include:

  • Management of a portfolio of projects with the assistance of a Controls Specialist
  • Scope Development and Management
  • Budget development, management, and oversight
  • Schedule development, management, and oversight
  • Coordination with client teams across multiple disciplines
  • Oversight of contracting processes
  • Stakeholder management
  • Contract, and change order management
  • Monthly accrual management, and invoice review

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field from an accredited curriculum. 
  • Minimum of five years of project engineering or field engineering experience with at least 2 years related project management experience. 
  • Must have detailed knowledge in either substations, networks, or transmission lines.
  • Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contacts on project-related matters.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to travel. 
  • Valid driver's license required. 



Compensation Range: $75.00 to $90.00 per hour DOE
