  • A high school diploma or general education test (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience; or associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE: MS Office, Adobe, and DocuSign. 
  • KNOWLEDGE IN PROCESSING: invoices, Mail Services, answering phones, and Customer Service experience.
  • Personable, Team Player, Flexible, multitasking, and handles pressure well.
  • Detail-oriented, Organized, and Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills are a must.
  • The Administrative Assistant I responsibilities will include Mail Services, Phones, Data Entry, and Processing Invoices (heavy) for over 70 contracts.

 

Duties:

  • The ideal candidate will prepare administrative tasks in a timely manner, work independently, in a very informal office setting (construction site), perform an array of administrative tasks and demonstrate critical thinking skills. 
  • Process petty cash requisitions, prepare reimbursement reports, and monitor replenishment of funds.
  • Performs corporate credit card purchases and reconciliations, creates reports, and provides support to other cardholders.
  • Prepares letters and other documents from rough drafts.
  • Maintains databases by entering information from a variety of source documents and determining actions necessary to obtain missing information or to correct information.
  • The Administrative Assistant I must be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. 
  • Valid CA driver's license.
  • Local Candidates (So Cal)

The hiring range for this position is $33.06 to $43.52 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
