Summary:

• This position will support Project Management processes including all those related to financial and scheduling management supporting the capital programs. 
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contractor’s schedule and invoice reviews, process compliance monitoring, capital project fund/budget/cost management, risk management, change management, status recording and reporting, reports development, and cost estimating. 
• This position will report to the Deputy Director of Project Controls, or his/her designee.

Scope of Services:

• Provide project controls expertise to support the administration of capital projects. 
• Monitor the financial health of projects in the areas of funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others. 
• Develop or support the development of tools for tracking cash flows for funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others. 
• Track project issues and risks and update their respective registers. 
• Track key performance indicators and support their development. 
• Update project schedules and baselines and provide assistance in their development. 
• Analyze project earned value performance data, project trends, and forecast estimate-at-completion cost. 
• Prepare multiple reports including Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and Quarterly Status Reports (QSR). 
• Prepare training material and provide training as needed. 

The hiring range for this position is $70 to $80 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
