Hybrid: requires working at least 50% in San Carlos offices.  

Summary:

• This position will support Project Management processes including all those related to financial and scheduling management supporting capital programs.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: contractor’s schedule updates and invoice reviews, process compliance monitoring, capital project fund/budget/cost management, risk management, change management, status recording and reporting, and reports development.
• This position will report to the Manager of Cost Controls, or designee.

Scope of Services:

• Provide project controls expertise to support the administration of capital projects.
• Monitor the financial health of projects in the areas of funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others.
• Develop or support the development of tools for tracking cash flows for funding, budgeting, expenditures, accruals, invoicing, and others.
• Support tracking project issues and risks and update their respective registers.
• Support tracking key performance indicators and support their development.
• Support project schedules updates and baseline development.
• Analyze project earned value performance data, project trends, and forecast estimate-at-completion cost.
• Prepare multiple reports including several financial reports, the Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), and the Quarterly Status Reports (QSR).
• Support the preparation of training materials and the development of procedures and instructions.

The hiring range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
