Job Description: 

  • We’re looking for someone who has high level administrative experience including OneDrive and is professional, organized with strong written/verbal communication.  
  • The admin will provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team. 
  • Job Duties are not limited to but includes scheduling, formatting, creating interview folders/documents, NEO, and paperwork.
  • Follow up on test invitations.
  • Auditing files 


Desired Experience:

  • Associate's degree or above from an accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Administrative duties. 
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Advance MSOffice and OneDrive
  • Personable, flexible, multitasks and handles pressure well.
  • Team Player.
  • Detail orient, organized, strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Valid CA driver license.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining calendar meetings (Teams & Zoom), preparing correspondences, excel spreadsheets and weekly recruitment reports working with documents in SharePoint, etc.  
  • Must have experience in a multitask, challenging, demanding, fast-paced environment. 


The hiring range for this position is $33 to $37per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
