Talent Magnet is seeking an Account Manager to support the organization's growth and further their ability to partner with a growing client base. This leader will be a relationship builder who innately knows how to create connections, build trust, and convert leads as well as reengage the global user base of customers.

The hired candidate must want to be a part of creating, building, and doing things without ‘fine-tuned’ support.
This role will be 25-35 hours a week with a hybrid office schedule, working closely with the CEO to develop business and take the next steps for the existing pipeline. They will have the ability to assess, grow, and fine-tune the customer pipeline ratios and close deals. Additionally, this individual will manage quick turnaround sales cycles as well as effectively nurture and build trust during long sales cycles.
