About the Job: As Controller – you will be a key member of the senior management team responsible for:

• Preparing a complete financial statement monthly
• Interpreting the financial statement and management dashboard regularly
• Participating in the preparation of short and long-term financial forecasts
• Maintaining an effective cash management system
• Prepare sales tax returns for multiple entities in addition to evaluating all insurance renewals for business
• Human Resource duties including administration of employee benefits

The leadership is a well-run group and will give the controller autonomy and responsibility to manage their business as well as obtain your input into operations and overall strategy. This is a hands-on environment and fast moving business where you can make an impact.

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Accounting and 2+ years of public accounting experience
• 7+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role with a fast moving and independent organization
• Strong systems skills and internal controls mindset
• Must be an excellent communicator

Salary: $130,000+
