This integral role is essential for delivering thorough HR assistance, guaranteeing compliance with regulations, and diligently overseeing precise record-keeping across payroll, benefits, and union-related tasks, alongside other HR duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations initiatives.
  • Administer compensation and benefits schemes.
  • Manage Workers Compensation, maintain OSHA Log, conduct annual reporting/audits.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Process payroll for union and office staff and allocating indirect labor hours.
  • Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain precise records encompassing payroll, benefits, and union-related functions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management.
  • Proficient understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.


Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience


Work Arrangement: Full-Time Permanent Position, Onsite
