Our client is looking for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will provide leadership and expertise to deliver effective sales performance to achieve the company’s account retention, revenue growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to the President, this Manager is a member of the leadership team, helping set company direction. The Manager leads personal and professional development of their direct reports, ensuring success in the near and long term for both the associates and for our client. The role will find ways to improve the team’s reporting, analysis, and performance metrics, and sales outcomes.
