- Facilitate seamless communication on behalf of our executives.
- Keep meticulous records of important documents and correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile information for special projects.
- Be the go-to point of contact for our executives, ensuring they’re always in the loop.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Personal Assistant Extraordinaire:
- Anticipate and meet the personal needs of the CEO and President.
- Take care of personal tasks like dry cleaning, shopping, vendor management, and other errands.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal matters.
