What You'll Do:


Administrative Support Superhero:

  • Be the right-hand person to our CEO and President, ensuring their days run smoothly.
  • Manage executive calendars with precision—schedule meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep everything on track.
  • Plan and arrange travel logistics like a pro, from itineraries to reservations.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to perfection.
  • Facilitate seamless communication on behalf of our executives.
  • Keep meticulous records of important documents and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile information for special projects.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for our executives, ensuring they’re always in the loop.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.


Personal Assistant Extraordinaire:


  • Anticipate and meet the personal needs of the CEO and President.
  • Take care of personal tasks like dry cleaning, shopping, vendor management, and other errands.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all personal matters.
  • Ensure our executives are well-prepared for personal commitments.
  • Optimize executives' availability and focus on driving business interests.

What You Bring:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in a senior-level executive support role is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with computers.
  • Driving: A valid driver’s license is required.
