What Our Client Needs:
The IT Specialist is responsible for support of the operational IT infrastructure and end users. This position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact by providing prompt and professional resolution of requests in a fast-paced, highly multi-tasked environment. You are responsible for supporting the IT growth of our client’s company while maintaining a high level of service and availability of IT systems and services. This role will support employees across approximately 20 states and will need to come to the office in Exton, PA several days per week.
