Overview:

Our Client delivers cutting-edge, cloud-based financial technology and payment processing services to businesses nationwide. They are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join their new Jacksonville inside sales team. This candidate will be a player / coach who can drive new business and mentor new Sales Development Reps.


As the Inside Sales Team Lead, you will spearhead internal sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and working with the SDR team to convert them into paying customers. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities to drive new customer growth.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand client base.
  • Lead and inspire a team of SDR’s to exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential customers.
  • Help to select, hire and train new SDR candidates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement and development.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous experience in the fintech industry or related software sales is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
