Title: Vice President, Partner Relations

Location: Remote US


Overview:

Our Client, a world class company offering Payment Processing, Fortune 500 Business Services and Employee Benefits, is searching for a Vice President of Partner Relations to join their leadership team. You will be responsible for oversight and management of the organization’s strategic partnerships. This is a senior-level position requiring strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the payments landscape.


This is a remote position reporting to the President of the company


Responsibilities:

  • Drive retention and generate growth opportunities with new and existing partners.
  • Engage strategic partners at the C-Suite, or other leadership via executive check-ins to ensure alignment of business objectives across both parties.
  • Ensure strategic business reviews occur to optimize and expand new and existing opportunities.
  • Oversee partner issue escalation process and collaborate internally and externally as needed to complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Executive, Business Development, Support and Marketing teams as needed to ensure partner success.
  • Prepare and deliver semi-annual partner reviews.
  • Track expiring partner contracts and identify risks.
  • Own the strategic plan for driving or supporting contract negotiations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and integrations.
  • Keep organized and detailed CRM records.
  • Travel may include attendance at trade shows and other meetings as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Verifiable track record of success in the merchant acquiring and fintech space.
  • Extensive knowledge of the payment’s ecosystem including integrated solutions.
  • Skilled at working with senior stakeholders to deliver winning solutions.
  • Highly motivated, goal orientated, and assertive problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
