Title: Chief Marketing Officer - Payments and Neobanking

Location: Miami, FL - Hybrid


Overview:

Our Client, a US based Fintech providing Payment processing and Banking Services to the SMB market, is searching for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join their leadership team. The company is nationally recognized for its fast growth and reputation as a leader in the electronic payments industry.


As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a leader in the payments and business banking space. You and your team will be in charge of creating & executing the marketing strategy. The strategy shall encompass online and offline marketing, be entrepreneurial, be bold, measure the return and double down on success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the marketing vision and strategy for the entire company and affiliated companies.
  • Drive a digital roadmap designed to significantly impact customer acquisition and retention results.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize key e-commerce metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
  • Own and report on marketing KPIs for all brands.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across all platform including video, podcast, social media platform
  • Secure Interview/Speaking engagement with large TV and conferences. 
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize marketing performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage marketing efforts across a portfolio of brands, ensuring a cohesive yet tailored approach for each brand.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid media, social media, search, email, and display advertising.
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative and innovative multi channels campaigns.
  • Implement testing and measurement strategies to continuously improve marketing effort performance.


Requirements:

  • Expertise in digital marketing, strategy, creative, and tracking metrics.
  • Multi-brand experience: either conglomerate, fund, portfolio, or brand accelerator.
  • Experience managing a team, with a strong ability to inspire and coach, and a history of hiring, managing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Prior experience in ISO-ISV, Fintech marketing. Banking and Business Banking exp.
  • Proven ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights, and a thorough understanding of cross-channel attribution.
  • Ability to think strategically across the short, medium, and long term, while obsessing over the details, and a love of investigating evolving media trends and technology to serve your brand.
  • Thoughtful, collaborative leadership with strong communication skills.
  • Experience overseeing a large marketing budget, and holistically managing spend allocation across channels.
  • Direct response and branded campaign experience.
  • Extremely analytical and proven experience building and managing marketing analytics and business intelligence teams.
