Title: Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid -3 days/wk in office)


Overview:


Our client, a leader in fintech/SaaS solutions, is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager. Their need is for a self-motivated problem solver with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen who is able to manage tasks with competing priorities. This role will create, propose, and execute on business objectives and strategies to drive revenue and assess business analytics and data across departments to make decisions.


As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Company’s team. This role is responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of Sales operations designed to engage their total addressable market of approximately one million merchants in SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments through multiple product lines. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Finance, and Product teams as the expert in revenue operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of the Company’s suite of products, history, branding messages, sales process and methodology through onboarding program
  • Understand the Company’s HubSpot utilization, including current reports, dashboards, required data and workflows
  • Create new reports and dashboards based on data insights while partnering with Data and Analytics
  • Learn the Company’s growth Marketing strategies, tools, and campaigns
  • Actively and effectively nurture leads
  • Work with the sales team to develop a more efficient process of prioritizing leads and using HubSpot
  • Partner with other teams to develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into HubSpot data
  • Improve documentation for existing processes and proactively communicate changes
  • Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to creating pipeline visibility and building forecasts
  • Identify and track KPIs and metrics that can be scaled across the organization
  • Define and deliver on SLA’s in support of cross functional business process
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing and Partnership teams to build a lead qualification process and funnel optimization
  • Test and build scalable processes and tools to increase sales effectiveness
  • Connect internal operations to external partner operations to receive and deliver referral opportunities and contracted revenue sharing
  • Work cross-functionally to create dashboards for performance visibility and insights for various levels.
  • Contribute to predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes using data analytics to produce forecasts and actionable insights that senior leadership can use for planning purposes
  • Integrate sales automation techniques, CRM, systems, process optimization, and analytics to support and bolster the overall sales team goals
  • Identify team workflow needs and work with other departments to implement process changes and/or new tools
  • Innovate on existing processes and toolsets with the goal of increasing velocity with a principle of sustainable growth

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Double Certification in HubSpot
  • Ability to learn HubSpot and scale it with inside sales reps . Preferably SaaS.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations with a track record of driving strategic decision-making within Revenue organizations
  • SaaS + startup experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a call center and billing solutions
  • Excellent analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, with a proven track record of matching team needs with enablement solution
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams at the right cadence
  • Data expert. Querying and scoping, analysis and modeling, summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation), reporting (dashboards, repositories, Tableau)
  • Experience with IT reference architecture and multiple technology domains, including cloud computing, web solutions, integration, networks, systems, databases, and security
  • Complete and detailed understanding of business intelligence and processes
  • Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)
  • Hybrid role with 3 days a week in Tampa office
