Title: Enterprise Sales Executive – Financial Institutions

Location: Atlanta, GA


Our client is a growing fintech that supports Financial Institutions by providing Digital Banking, Core Processing, and Payment solutions. They’re searching for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join their Sales team and participate in the expansion efforts of their US business. Their growing customer base includes some of the largest financial institutions in the U.S., (banks and credit unions) that seek the Company’s specialized products and services to optimize their revenue cycle. They are currently expanding their team to meet the rapidly increasing demand for their products and services.


  • Build and manage a pipeline of new prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and industry trade shows
  • Research bank, credit union, and other prospective FIs, identify key decision-makers
  • Conduct dynamic product demonstrations and articulate the company's value proposition
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and communicate with senior leaders on deal activity


  • 5+ years demonstrated sales success with consistent performance exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to C-level decision-makers at financial institutions
  • Experience in selling transaction processing, multi-channel payments, core banking, and digital banking products and/or services
  • Excellent understanding of solution selling and the sales process
  • Confident, motivated, positive, and energetic personality
  • Exceptional sales skills, communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage existing customers and onboarding new customers
  • Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed - a driven self-starter
  • Honesty and Integrity, Detail oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn technology solutions
