Are you a Senior Business Analyst with complex enterprise experience looking for your next contract?

Our client has asked us to find a Senior Business Analyst for a 12 month contract with high possibility of extension. Our client is a leader in their industry and employs more than 4000 people around the globe. Here is what you will do on a day to day basis:

• Provides business team support and builds strong relationships through business interactions, maintaining deadlines and driving deliverables 
• Documents business processes As-Is, To-Be
• Translates business requirements 
• Facilitate integration discussions
• Develop process maps, use cases and test cases
• Interacts with business stakeholders, vendors and a small project team
• Reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into detailed functional and technical specifications 
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, pull together multiple stakeholder needs into a cohesive plan 
• Support team on system configurations based on business requirements 
• Ensures deliverables are tracked and met to business specifications 
• Assist in the development of a traceability matrix based on requirements for the QA team to build the test scenarios, test cases and testing
• Supports delivery of system functionality, testing, UAT, roll out and user training 
• Supports knowledge transfer to super-users and process owners. 

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. 
• Minimum 7 years of experience of business analysis experience on enterprise projects
• Experience on projects with large change management component 
• Self-starter that can initiate and lead work 
• ERP implementation experience and specifically Oracle Netsuite experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge of large organization systems relationships 
• Ability to support technical team through a process and systems change 
• Natural leader with ability to foster a team-oriented team environment 
• Passion for excellence and business enablement with ability to deliver on work products that provide measurable business benefit
