Are you a Business Analyst with manufacturing and ERP implementation experience? Our client is a large private capital group that focuses on the long term strategy as well as operations of its holding companies. Our client has asked us to look for a Business Analyst for a 6 month contract with a possibility of extension for their Mississauga office. The Business Analyst will assist the business users in their transition to a new ERP solution through user training, user guide preparation, user support, user acceptance testing, process and workflow documentation, data preparation and some change communication.

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Good understanding of and experience in industrial, manufacturing and warehouse operations and environment
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in at least two ERP implementations
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, comprehensive, and accurate documentation
• Positive attitude, patience and excellent interpersonal skills to help users with day-to-day tasks
• Ability to lead and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
