Our client has asked us to look for a Senior Business Analyst for a permanent position.

Here is what you'll be doing on a day to day basis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, resolve issues, and drive consensus.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and interpretation of requirements.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders to ensure product quality and readiness for deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and features to maximize adoption and proficiency.
• Document training materials, user guides, and manuals to support ongoing user education and self-service resources.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, user feedback, and business needs to identify opportunities for further improvement and enhancement.

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in software testing methodologies and tools, with a focus on quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience in conducting user training sessions and developing training materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with agile and/or iterative development methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a nice to have.

Salary range: $85-100k
