  • Demonstrate and evangelize progressive collaboration tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, as relevant and applicable to the company, including procedural and usage best practices.
  • Design collaboration systems that maximize content discovery, content creation, and sustainability of effective access.
  • Establish governance practices that safeguard the company’s intellectual property while providing effective collaborative user experiences.
  • Ensure data retention and backup practices meet the company’s requirements for recoverability and survivability needs.
  • Train staff on collaboration best practices, including the development of written and video training material as well as in-person training.
  • Design and document data taxonomy and access security framework, establishing a operational review and audit process.
  • Define collaboration application best practices to maximize sharing benefits while ensuring appropriate security segregation and protection of the company’s data, as required.
  • Define an audit program that evaluates data security, in conjunction with the security team, no less than quarterly.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to written documentation, including all ticketing systems and internal documentation.
  • Assists with other general support requests, as required.
  • Supports the company in its obligation to follow all standards, policies, procedures, regulations, and confidentiality guidelines.

  • 7+ years experience implementing modern collaboration technologies including the following activities:

o  Requirements gathering and analysis.

  • Business case development and presentation (includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis).
  • Strong analytic skills expressed both verbally and through writing.
