·        Develop the strategic plan for the HR team.

·        Manage benefits and communicate their value to recruit and retain talent.

·        Install processes around recruiting, retention, training, performance management, total compensation, employment law, and team member relations.

Supervisory Duties

 

·        Direct Reports: HR Team

·        Supervisory Duties: Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

 

Education And Experience Requirements

 

·        Served as unit or company leader of HR

·        Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.


Salary:$160-$180k with 10% bonus
