· Supervisory Duties: Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education And Experience Requirements
· Served as unit or company leader of HR
· Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
Salary:$160-$180k with 10% bonus
