We are currently in search of a Development Database Manager for a Conservation Organization. The position is full-time, hybrid in Rosslyn, VA. This is a temporary to hire, full-time assignment.

 

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Conservation Organization

LOCATION: Hybrid (Rosslyn, VA)

POSITION TITLE: Development Database Manager

SCHEDULE: Full-time; ~40 hours/week

DURATION: Temporary to hire (~2-3 month conversion)

HOURLY PAY: $26.00-28.00/hour; $55,000-65,000/salary

 

Is This Your Dream Job: The Development Database Manager is an integral part of this Conservation Organization’s development team. The Manager is primarily responsible for the Organization’s Raiser’s Edge administration including gift processing, updating constituent records, and gift documentation.

The Database Manager will supervise the Database Assistant and report to the Development Director.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

 

·        3+ years’ experience with nonprofit development database administration

·        Proficient with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge CRM

·        Experience with Luminate Online, preferred

·        Experience with all aspects of gift processing and acknowledgements

·        Supervision experience, preferred

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

 

·        Process new gifts in Raiser’s Edge CRM and Luminate Online

·        Reviewing and updating constituent records

·        Data entry and record maintenance for all relevant gift documentation via PaperSave software

·        Reviewing and approving donor acknowledgements

·        Supervise Development Assistant with database administration projects
