We are currently in search of a Raiser’s Edge Associate for a Foundation Nonprofit. The position is 100% Remote. This role is temporary from August 2024-October 2024

 

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Foundation Nonprofit

LOCATION: Remote (East Coast)

POSITION TITLE: Raiser’s Edge Associate

SCHEDULE: 20-30hrs Week

Hourly: $25.00-$28.00/hr 

 

Is This Your Dream Job? The Raiser's Edge Associate is a pivotal team member, supporting our fundraising efforts, particularly around our Annual Conference. This role involves processing gifts and donations, managing invoicing, updating the donor database, and providing on-site assistance during the conference. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT, and a passion for nonprofit development are essential for success in this role. You'll work closely with the Director of Development and the fundraising team to ensure smooth operations and donor engagement.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Raiser's Edge and/or Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Strong background in nonprofit fundraising and donor management.
  • Proven ability to process gifts and donations accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

 

  • Process and manage all incoming gifts and donations, ensuring accurate and timely entry into Raiser's Edge NXT.
  • Generate and distribute invoices related to fundraising activities and the Annual Conference.
  • Update and maintain the donor database, including adding new donors, updating donor information, and managing donor records.
  • Provide support for the Annual Conference, including on-site assistance in Washington, DC, from September 11-15.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and implement best practices for donor engagement and stewardship.
