We're looking for a Semiconductor Equipment Support Specialist to join our team in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair semiconductor equipment to factory standards.
• Teach customers how to use and maintain equipment.
• Act as the main contact for customer projects like installations.
• Work independently or with a team to fix equipment issues.
• Provide technical support to minimize downtime.
• Keep detailed records of work and report on equipment status.
• Train customers on equipment use.
• Collaborate with other technicians for troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar, with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or a related field.
• Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with electronic testing tools.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Additional skills in optics, lasers, software, or robotics are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds.
