Job Description:

We partner with motivated and engaged clients to bring them sustainable talent to their teams. Kastel Staffing Group is a North American-based staffing and recruiting company serving USA and Canadian clientele. We service all professions in a Direct Hire, Contract, or Payroll capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Partner with clients to understand their legal staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their hiring goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize various recruitment methods to source and attract top legal talent.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legal market developments.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice on the current legal talent landscape.
  • Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in legal recruiting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and its various roles.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role.
