Primary Objective:

The Industrial Service Specialist will manage inquiries for troubleshooting product operational issues and requests for warranty replacement service parts from our authorized service centers, dealers, and distributors. This role involves providing enhanced customer support to our business partners regarding specific products and service-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with industrial and rental customers, offering troubleshooting and technical support via phone and virtual meetings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to develop service bulletins, technical tips, and instructional materials.
  • Oversee FNA's warranty portal for Authorized Service Centers.
  • Make recommendations for system enhancements based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in establishing policies and protocols for warranty and service-related repairs.
  • Inform the team about updates and changes to product manuals and technical documents.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in the operation and repair of pressure washer pumps, small outdoor power equipment engines, electric motors, hot water burners, and coils, with troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate potential issues and solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in tool and equipment rental categories is beneficial.
  • Effective collaboration across functional areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic service environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and fosters a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education/Certification:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Technical school or certifications are advantageous.
