Job Title: Employment Law Attorney


100% remote


Location: California


Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception through final resolution.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation for cases involving public entities, particularly school districts.
  • Collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
  • Provide proactive case management to minimize risk and exposure.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.
  • Active member of the State Bar of California.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employment law, with specific experience working with public entities such as school districts.
  • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated commitment to proactive case management.
