Overview

We are actively searching for 100% commission based 1099 - Full Desk Recruiters

In this role, you will be working within a team environment but with an independent responsibility to bring clients and candidates into the pipeline. We source and recruit candidates for our client's job openings, market and develop new business opportunities, learn the technology stack we use, educate ourselves on tools in the industry, learn recruiting and business developing techniques, and proudly contribute to social media, the community, and your networks about what we do at Kastel Staffing Group.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver two deals per month to maintain desk production standards.
  • As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting to clients, business development, sourcing & recruiting, and client success management.
  • Source and search internal and external resume databases for qualified candidates
  • Constant communication with internal partners, candidates, and clients to maintain our promised experience.
  • Review applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruiting (sourcing job boards, social media, community outreach)
  • Contact potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
  • Conduct both skills-based and behavior-based interviews to determine a candidate fit for the job
  • Create and present candidate profiles for next step recommendation to Hiring Managers
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates while maintaining an active pipeline
  • Write and/or proofread job descriptions
  • Communicate with team members on the business engaged into
  • Learn new requisitions and areas of improvement within the industry

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Agency Recruiting
  • Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Dependable, driven, passionate, dedicated, hungry to win, and competitive
  • Experienced in recruiting for Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Legal and Logistics, and Administration.
  • Experience recruiting and delivering candidates to a portfolio of requisitions
  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Experience building relationships with clients and prospecting business development
  • Experience with building sourcing strategies and practicing deep online research.
  • A hunger to learn, be a part of team meetings and work cross-functionally.
  • Has previously demonstrated building strong relationships with business professionals.
  • Approaches work with an organized and positive mindset and manage competing priorities, and deadlines proactively.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with team members, stakeholders, and candidates throughout the entire experience.
  • Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience equivalent
