Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (In-office or Remote)

Our client is a California-based Workers' Compensation Defense Firm with multiple offices across the state. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Defend employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation matters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Manage a high-volume caseload with little supervision

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Active California Bar license
• Results-driven with a sense of urgency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering results
