Primary Objective:

The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities include managing production staff, coordinating machine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Establish and achieve production targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage production staff.
• Address and resolve issues on the production line, including equipment malfunctions.
• Adjust production levels and staffing as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain product quality through rigorous monitoring.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain effective communication with management, suppliers, and procurement teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Foster cross-training initiatives to enhance production flexibility.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in production management, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
