Position Overview

Our client an AM 100 law firm is seeking a midlevel litigation associate with outstanding credentials and three to five years of experience in complex business litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial environment and work closely with experienced, collaborative practitioners on both local and national levels.

Required Experience

• Judicial Clerkship: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Litigation Experience: At least two years of experience in a litigation position at a firm.
• Complex Business Litigation: Three to five years of experience.

• Academic Credentials: Excellent academic credentials.
• Advocacy Skills: Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
• Case Management: Experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters.

Practice Area

• Commercial Litigation: Representation of a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
