We are hiring for an Inside Sales Manager in Scottsdale, AZ! The Inside Sales Manager will manage a team of Inside Sales representatives to maintain best-in-class customer service effectiveness in managing all customer service calls and placing customer orders, returns, and inventory shipments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience working as a manager in customer service or inside sales. The leader promotes a customer service-oriented service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable developing each team member to manage dozens of inbound calls daily, working with partners to solve customer needs, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and providing best-in-class customer support.

• Base: $75,000 - $85,000
• 20% annual bonus based on goals/quotas!

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Collaborate with the entire sales organization to support current and prospective business cases.
• Conduct webinars and conference calls to showcase products
• Manage quotes, sales orders, returns, and inventory shipments
• Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managing sales or customer service teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Dental or Medical industry experience preferred
