We are hiring for a Dental Special Markets (DSO) Sales Rep for the Midwest. The Special Markets Sales Rep will be responsible for driving sales strategies, being an instrumental member of the North American sales team, expanding market presence, and fostering key client relationships to solidify the company's position as a leader in the industry.


  • Base: $100,000 to $125,000
  • OTE: $175,000 to $200,000 (uncapped)
  • Equity
  • Full benefits
  • Travel: 50% (territory includes: IL, MO, MN, MI


  • Strong background in sales and business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field.
  • Strong understanding of the dental market within group accounts and a strong network with access to decision-makers
  • Ability to influence and provoke customers’ ways of thinking
  • A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
  • Strong organizational/project management skills
  • A high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology
  • The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage conversations and challenge C-Suite level individuals
  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
