We are seeking a Director of Human Resources in either Washington, MI or Richmond, MI! The Director of Human Resources will work directly with Executive Team to develop an HR strategy that supports the organization’s growth, performance, and objectives and in addition will be responsible for overseeing all HR related administrative tasks. Your goal is to align all people operations with the goals and objectives of the business. Your success in aligning all human resources operations with the company’s business strategy will lower turnover costs, keep the workforce skilled, attract the right talent, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with Executive Team on Organizational Development initiatives including succession planning, workforce development, performance management, and employee retention to increase employee engagement, performance, and positive culture initiatives.
• Managing the companies recruiting and hiring policies and processes; responsible for overseeing and managing the recruiter.
• Managing the company’s payroll policies and processes; responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll specialist.
• Managing the company’s orientation and onboarding program, working with department and product managers to create onboarding checklists, schedules, ordering assets, and trainings for welcoming and integrating new employees during their first year with the company.
• Working closely with integrations team to continue to refine Human Resource policies and procedures for onboarding new practices as they and acquired by MCDP.
• Assisting in the administration of various employee benefit plans including life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401k retirement plans, and paid time off; reviews benefit programs on a regular basis to ensure maximum benefits for reasonable costs.
• Meeting quarterly objectives/goals.
