Our state-of-the-art private dental practice is looking to add a General Dentist to our growing team! The practice is located in the heart of Baytown, TX. The ideal general dentist for this opportunity has worked with patients of all ages (comfortable with pediatrics) and is engaged in the long-term health of their patients. We offer a wide range of procedures including general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.

Must be proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry

Must be willing to grow professionally

Details:

-31% of Production / Daily rate guarantee for the first three months

-Monday- Thursday (8 AM to 4:30 PM) and Fridays (half days)

-Potential partnership or buy-out opportunity

-Trained team (hygienists, assistants, front desk, OM, TxC and additional team members)

-Established practice with heavy patient base

-FFS/PPO ONLY

Requirements:

-2-3 years of clinical experience

-TX dental license

-Great attitude, compassionate dentist, long-term stability
