Job purpose

Responsible for sales development, maintenance and support for all our client's products (EVTS, VTRS, Guidepoint & associated consumer service plans) to all New Franchise and Independent Vehicle Dealerships in your designated territory.

 

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for procuring business and encouraging dealership to preload to gain benefit of Lot management as well as Location Based Services/SVR/Theft Benefit for the B2C Consumer. This individual will be expected to interact with managers in every department within a dealership. To include: General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Director, Service Manager and Parts Manager.

 

  • Establish New accounts
  • Achieve company’s established sales and goals metrics
  • Establish relationships with Fix Ops, F&I and other key stakeholders at the dealerships
  • Increase sales at existing customers
  • Face to face customer interaction and sales presentations at dealerships
  • Increase sell-through at dealerships through F&I to >40%
  • Increase 3-year and 5-year contracts at dealerships to >40% of hardware sales
  • Adhere to the sell-through process checklist to ensure that dealerships are situated for success on sell-through
  • Meet or exceed company sales goals
  • Be proficient at knowing competitive products
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours with varied shifts
  • including weekends, holidays and overnight travel
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Computer and internet applications proficiency


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field a plus
  • Solid understanding of the Automotive Dealership landscape
