Overview:

NextLevel Executive Search is excited to recruit a Manufacturing Manager for a brand-new food processing facility. This pivotal role involves setting up and leading production operations from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of new production lines and manage building enhancements.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Optimize manufacturing operations for enhanced quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of FDA food manufacturing experience.
• Plant start-up experience
• Proficiency in food safety practices such as SQF, GMP's, HACCP.
• Experience with food pumps and liquid fillers.
• Excellent communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
