• Representation & Growth: Be the face of the plant to customers, employees, and community, while driving market growth with Sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in Business, Operations Management, or Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural).
• Experience: 7+ years in Manufacturing, Engineering, Management, and Business.
• Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial analysis skills, project management, and effective communication.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent time management, organizational, and team-building skills.
