About The Position

Seeking Internal Medicine physicians to join hospital employed team. Outpatient only with an opportunity to follow your own patients in hospital, if preferred. The strong need for primary care services gives you the opportunity to build a strong practice quickly.

The Hospital

The hospital is full-service with 199 beds with a medical staff of 150 providers representing 31 medical specialties.  24/7 X-ray and lab services and comprehensive surgical services and diagnostic imaging.  There is a 59-bed Med/Surg Unit, and 8-bed ICU and comprehensive Cardiopulmonary.  The hospital has been the recipient of a number of distinctions, including its status as the first in the city to be awarded Accreditation with Commendation from The Joint Commission and the first and only Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center in southwest Oklahoma. Its Rehabilitation Center was the first rehab facility to receive a three-year accreditation from the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) – the highest level of accreditation possible.
