A locally owned group of practices in the San Antonio region is looking to add an experienced Associate to their Spring Branch location. This updated and modern facility has a robust patient-base and includes high earning potential. They are looking for an associate that will help work these busy practices starting in April, if possible, and will be able to practice for 5 years (incentives provided). This practice offers a 4 day schedule, but they will entertain part-time options as well. This practice prides themselves on providing compassionate care for their patients concentrating on improving their health and providing the best dental work possible. All offices are highly productive with a loyal patient base.

Details:

Full-time (Mon-Thurs, 8-5)

5-6 Years of Experience Preferred

20% FFS / 80% PPO

Compensation and Benefits:

• Daily Rate Guarantee (first 3 months)
• 30% of Production; last Dr. was at close to 300k not including endo
• W-2 Position
• 5-year incentive of 150k (30k annually)
