Position:            Live-out Companion/Housekeeper

Schedule:          Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm (flexibility to help on occasional evenings or weekends)

Location:           Greenwich, CT

Salary:               $35/hour plus full benefits

Elderly couple is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Companion/Housekeeper to join their lovely, fully-staffed home in Greenwich, CT and provide comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a warm demeanor to ensure comfort and well-being for the couple.

Responsibilities:

·      Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry to maintain a clean and organized environment

·      Assist with meal preparation and serve lunch to the elderly grandmother

·      Care for two elderly dogs, including taking them outside for walks

·      Provide companionship and support to the elderly couple, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere

·      Oversee and manage the household, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

·      Coordinate with other family members and staff to ensure seamless operation of the household

Requirements:

·      Previous experience as a companion, caregiver and housekeeper preferably in a similar environment

·      Prior experience in white-glove, formal, fully-staffed estates

·      Spanish speaking or Bilingual: Spanish/English

·      Excellent organizational and time management skills

·      Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

·      Must be local to Greenwich, CT
