Position:            Live-out Housekeeper

Schedule:          Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 6pm  or 10am – 7pm (weekends may require longer hours on Sundays due to family gatherings)

Location:           Greenwich, CT

Salary:              $30-$35/hour (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Great family is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their lovely, fully-staffed home in Greenwich, CT. The ideal candidate will join the existing housekeeping team and be responsible for all-around housekeeping duties in a 34,000 sq. ft. home. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine. Must have 3-5 years previous experience in a formal household with superior skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·      Perform all-around housekeeping duties, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

·      Keep the home clean and tidy on a daily basis

·      Laundry services

·      Table setting and dining service

·      Blend in with the environment and understand how to navigate the home

·      Schedule deep cleanings when the family is traveling

·      Provide excellent communication with the rest of the team

·      Provide excellent customer service to the family

·      Be able to jump into different tasks as needed

Requirements:

·      Prior housekeeping experience required

·      Proficient in all-around housekeeping duties

·      Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·      Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine

·      Must have a gentle approach and be aware of the different art pieces in the home

·      Sensitive to smells

·      Must be able to work weekends and longer hours on Sundays as needed

·      Uniforms provided for staff
