Position:            Full-time Housekeeper & Caregiver (Live-out or Live-in)

Schedule:          Wednesday – Sunday, 7:30am – 4:30pm or 10:30am – 7:30pm with 1-hour lunch break; candidates must have flexibility depending on Principles’ needs and schedules

Location:           Rye, NY

Salary:              $35-40/hour plus full benefits

Client is seeking experienced, full-time Live-out or Live-in Housekeeper & Caregiver to help maintain their 40,000 sq. ft. home in Rye, NY. Candidate would work alongside existing Housekeeper. Needs to be a self-starter with excellent cleaning and laundry experience, ability to run miscellaneous errands, and help with occasional elder care as needed.

Responsibilities:

·      General housekeeping, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

·      Preparing/flipping bedrooms as needed

·      Assisting Chef with table setting, meal service setup, clearing and clean up

·      Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and all common areas

·      Some light outdoor living/seating space setup during summer as needed

·      Flexibility to help at NYC residence on occasion

·      Elder care as needed; occasionally accompanying principal to appointments

·      Running miscellaneous errands

Requirements:

·      5+ years formal household experience

·      Ability to work well with other Housekeeper on staff

·      Honest, discreet and trustworthy

·      Proactive, detail oriented and “can do” attitude

·      Must drive and have clean driving record

·      Dog friendly
