Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Financial Analyst will support the company’s financial planning, operational efficiency, and management reporting. The role will partner cross functionally with Operations, Strategy, IT, Procurement, and Accounting to provide financial insight to growth initiatives. The role will be instrumental as business needs expand and require accurate, nimble, and robust financial analysis.


  • Provide financial analysis of business performance and key performance indicators
  • Prepare scheduled reporting packages, analysis, and narratives to senior management
  • Partner with operations to communicate and establish financial goals and key operational metrics
  • Support fiscal month close process through variance analysis of prior year, budget, and forecast
  • Drive transformative efforts toward automation and efficiency
  • Maintenance and development of financial and business intelligence systems
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting


Education, Training, and Work Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, accounting, consulting
  • Computer skills (above average Microsoft Excel)
  • Preferred systems experience (MicroStrategy, Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics, QlikView, Qlik Sense)
  • Financial modeling or other data management/analysis systems (SQL, SAS, etc.)
  • Experience in the multi-site restaurant and/or retail industries a plus
  • BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate through all levels of the organization.
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously
