Executive Assistant

Technology company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Sales and Marketing Leadership. In addition to general office duties and coordination, this person will assist the team with organization in their growth. The ideal candidate is solid team player, great communicator, detail oriented and motivated who takes initiative to get things done in our rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for the Sales and Marketing Leadership team including all meetings and candidate interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate all Sales Meetings
  • Track all Sales Leadership team actions to completion in a timely manner
  • Manage progression of scheduled sales team projects and update the appropriate channels to ensure timely delivery
  • Partner with Program Management office to track and report ongoing objectives and key result for both the sales and marketing teams
  • Travel planning and expense reporting
  • Coordinate with People Services to ensure recruiting processes to enhance our ability to rapidly expand the sales team
  • Coordinate quarterly bonus program with Finance and People Services

·      Conduct research as needed

Requirements

  • Onsite role based at HQ in LA
  • 5+ years in Executive Assistant role
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficiency
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite and Zoom
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Start-up mentality and team player
