Mortgage Underwriter: Responsible for following established policies and department procedures to complete the credit and collateral review of loan packages to determine the viability of loans, ensuring compliance with applicable state, federal, Bank and investor guidelines and requirements when issuing loan decisions. In addition, but not limited to reviewing and verify all income and asset documentation and perform analysis of credit history and complex tax returns, inclusive of individual and self-employed borrowers.
