Mortgage Quality Control Specialist:  Responsible for pre-closing and post-closing audits, taking remedial actions after the review if required, and proactively identifying, managing, monitoring, and mitigating compliance risks associated with the processing, closing and funding of residential mortgage loans. In addition, but not limited to performing daily loan reviews during processing and monthly audits after closing to ensure compliance with real estate consumer regulations and following established bank policies and procedures.
