Officer Manager / HR Generalist
Duties and Responsibilities
● Report directly to the CEO
● Interview, hire, onboard, train, and manage all staff, administrative and clinical
● Human Resources (HR) functions such as processing payroll, managing PTO, staff
schedules, employee files, documentation, corrective actions, bonuses and awards,
performance reviews, etc
● Data analysis and reporting on company metrics (financials, patient satisfaction, etc)
● Mentor, lead, and develop teammates
● Keep organized and keep the team aligned and organized
● Help develop and document company policy and procedure and keep current
● Continuously optimize processes for efficiency, growth, and patient satisfaction
● Review financials, create budgets, and work with leadership to create profitability
● Manage relationships with 3rd parties, such as vendors
● Evaluate overall clinic performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data
● Assist leadership in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance
● Help develop and maintain our referral network and new sources of patients
● Assist in the overall growth and development of the company
● Ensure smooth operations and assist in setting and achieving strategic goals
Requirements
● Full-time availability (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday between 8:30 am - 7:30 pm
● In person, in the clinic, five days per week
● Reliable transportation to and from the clinic (90045 zip code)
● Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resources, business management, healthcare
administration, or similar field of study
● At least two (2) years of healthcare Office Manager/ HR Generalist experience.
Candidates with mental health-specific experience are preferred

Compensation
● Base Pay: $60,000 - $120,000
